Remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) are known as tethered underwater mobile devices that are mostly used by oil and gas companies to visit rigs, explore deep water ecology, investigate sea beds, inspect critical areas underwater, plug leaking oil wells, and basically maintain their operations.
