Our ROV Supervisor Competency course serves one purpose.
To make your ROV personnel or individuals competent to hire or promote when you have positions available.

Our recent communications with  IMCA and IMCA ROV Companies made it clear that certain supervisory and management skillsets are missing in Rov Company Teams.

Gaining the ROV Supervisor Certificate makes you very desirable for companies to hire for their immediate or future ROV Team plans.
Why would ROV Companies not hire someone that they can promote easily than not promote at all.

 

On the course you will gain all competences in the IMCA ROV Supervisor Competency R01
You will also supervise an ROV team in our ROV 4man control room ROV simulator. You will supervise a dive plan from start to end, logging, recording the dive as per the dive SOW and report on the status using recordings, logs, video, Map Details etc in your report.

Full hands-on

This Supervisors Competency Training Course is a full hands on Supervisors course NOT just a 3 day classroom slide show.

You will learn and then prove your knowledge and ability where possible on all R01 competences. You will be expected to supervise a ROV team using Subnets FULL 4 Man ROV Team Control Room Simulator. A kick off meeting, planning, risk assessment, delegating tasks, Supervising your team flying rov dive plan, task completion, assessment, reporting and more

Configurable Video Wall

  • 4 ROV team member stations side by side. ROV Supervisor, ROV Pilot, ROV Co Pilot and ROV Data Recorder.
  • 2 * Monitors for each operator station, fully configurable using stations touch screen (E-F , G-H, I-J))
  • 3 Large 55-inch monitor wall (A,B,C)
  • 4 x Operator stations each have 2 x additional station monitors. Each station also has touch screen change and selection of any combination. Touch screens also control various variable functions.
